All Saints Day

November 1st is a national holiday in Belgium. All Saints Day (Ziua Mortilor), a day to remember...

First post

We are starting this blog together (or whoever has more time to post) :) We want our family and friends to be able to track us down - at least by location, and be part of our life, together and separate.

Firstly, we would like to thank you all for sending us your good thoughts and wishes on our big day. It was amazing and special to us, just as we wanted it, date, location, and even the loafer was finally found...
The bride's hair had a small humidity/hot rollers malfunction, however it was all forgotten in the eyes of the loving husband to be.

Then came the honeymoon, a relaxing week on the white sandy beaches of the Maldives, but first a short stop in Kandy Sri Lanka with it's beautiful temples and delicious curry's (not everyone would agree on that last one) and the promise to be back for a full week of exploring the beautiful scenery in detail.




























Now it's back to work for both of us, one in the desert, one in the oil residues...
